Our practice provides a comprehensive asthma and allergy management program for our patients. Our pediatricians are trained in the diagnosis and management of childhood asthma and allergies.

In cooperation with community based mental health providers, we evaluate and treat children for behavior concerns and school problems including:

• Inattention and lack of focus
• Anxiety
• Depression

If you have concerns about your child's behavioral development, please call our office and a pediatrician or nurse practitioner will discuss your concerns and gather information that will be used to determine how we can best help your child. If a Behavioral Evaluation with one of our providers is needed, they will schedule this visit for you and provide you with assessment tools that you will need to complete prior to your child's visit.

Immunizations are an important part of keeping your child healthy. Patients of the practice recieve immunizations at their well checks according to the ACIP schedule. If your child is not due for a well visit but needs a vaccine, don't worry—they can make an appointment for the immunization. If your child is being seen for a sick visit and needs a vaccine, we are happy to give advice on whether we recommend they get the vaccine that day or on a return visit.

Warts are a common issue in children. There are mutliple kinds of warts that are common in both children and young adults. Although they are usually harmless they can sometimes be inflamed, painful or unsightly. 

We are always happy to meet with expecting parents who are seeking a pediatirician for their child. A prenatal consutlation at Fox Chase Pediatrics is a chance to meet privately with one of our pediatricians. We will tell you about ourselves and our practice and answer any questions that you may have. This can be a great way to see if we are a good fit for your growing family. There is no charge for prenatal consultations.

We offer ear piercing as a service for established patients. Patients must be at least 4 months old and current on well visits. Ear piercing is by appiontment only and is limited to the ear lobe (not the cartilage).
